party time
Thanks to everyone who came out for the fiber party! The yarns were sooo pretty and soft! so much fun! I didn't know where to start... I was incredibly careful, though. Maybe too careful since I am missing out on the sheep and wool fest in may. But, I can always order more online!
the two left are superwash/sock yarns- one for socks for me, and one for some baby gear. then two skeins of silk-merino softness. then 8 oz of silk roving and some mohair locks. I've never spun with either of these, so it should be neat!

Thanks for the invitation to the party. I'm so glad I was able to make it. I had a great time and I've already started knitting a pair of socks with some of the yarn that I bought. :)
I am so sad that I missed it. I was in Virginia all day for this school project, and there was no way to make it in time... I thought of you all though. I hope there is a next time--I would love to meet you all! :)
