silk? I have several thingies of silk roving that I've been staring at since February. Silk sliver from Spirit Fiber Trail. It's totall pretty and I wanna do something nice with it... only, what?

Do I ply it with a wool (merino)? ply it to itself? How does one spin silk anyhow? I keep having breakage problems, and am getting frustrated. also, my wheel dislikes spinning thin... it was suggested I learn the long draw technique with silk, but... ??? no idea where to begin!  ¶ 19:40
