  Regenbogen in der Kuche

this lime/green/turquoise is some of the romney/border leicester from this guy... after dyeing the locks and separating them out and running them through the carder a couple of times. they made nice fluffy clouds of wool to spin!

This wool is a handful of lighter colored locks from here. not sure what it is, but I think I'll blend the colors with the brown and see how it goes.

This one comes from this merino corriedale blend. Plied with some leftover orange and pink merino.

Here are some of the products of the last few weekends... top left is some fingering weight, then three worsteds to the right. Bottom left half are handspuns and some dyed mohair roving. then some random matchy yarns, then some brushed mohair.

Finally, some close ups of the worsted and fingering. I think they look much better skeined up. A chore for another day! That is all from the dye kitchen of chez Woolarina for now. the man of the house wanted the counter back. (not that he *uses* counter. for say, cooking, at least.. ;)
