5 a week
Guess who is a crafty bastard?! Yep, once again, woolarina will be at the
Crafty Bastards Arts and Crafts Fair on October 1st! This year, it's a Sunday, but same time, same place! Woo hoo!
So... this is in 9 weeks! Also, we have some other top-secret commitment (we hope!) that will keep us mad mad busy all fall. We will need HUNDREDS of skeins of yarn! Eeeek!
So yes. I am officially back to the wheel! Spin on.

These are last weeks skeins, all washed and dried and ready to be rewound and labeled. The outer 4 are merino I dyed, and the inner three are some merino-ish fine (?) wool I got at New York Sheep and Wool last fall.
The goal is 5 skeins of handspun a week. Times 9 weeks, is.. still not enough! Agh! Still.. last week I made seven, so was super happy. At this rate, I am spinning faster than I can dye! I am getting crazy with the leftover colors, but am loving the results. Here are almost three from today.

All of these are superbulky thick and thin fun yarns. I have spun nicer ones in the past few weeks (including one I *adore*) but those are for another day.
Off to knit mittens! Whee!!!
