  so others might eat.
Since this is the season of giving and all and it's about time to write a couple checks to a few places, I figured I'd open it up to the website.

My charity of choice this year is So Others Might Eat. They are a local (DC area) charity that help people who need it with food, clothing, and health care. I especially like them because they do not bombard my mailbox with flashy shiny catalogs of lovely things I should be paying for, despite me giving them cash just last month! These people are down to earth and mean business!

So for all of December, 100% of each purchase (I'll even pay back the fee that paypal takes) will go to this lovely group - who are even having a matching funds campaign this month. PERFECT! Put those dollars to work while you enjoy some holiday knitting.

the only caveat is that only proceeds from "paula's yarn's" will go to this fund, though if I happen to have personal funds leftover after this, I'll try and match purchases from Kate's yarn sales too. Don't let that stop you if you love her's! (She's got some awesome ones up!)

Happy December! Check back for some fun holiday stuff - we have been a crazy assembly line over here this past week!
