mia August has been mainly uninspiring. The crazy heat is subsiding, in time for me to start dyeing the twenty nine pounds of merino roving, as well as 10-ish pounds of sock yarn coming to me soon.

This weekend I got some odds and ends and some sock yarn (fingering and sport weight) dyed, along with 2 (measly) pounds of BFL for spinning kits. It was a big challenge - I am totally out of my favorite colors. Yellow, lime, orange! I have an order for more shades coming tomorrow, so maybe new colors? I love the bright, but maybe fall will bring more suitable shades.
